Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ Tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
- ¼ Cup Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix everything together in a baking dish.
- Roast in the oven, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes start to ooze and pop, about 45 minutes.
- Enjoy immediately.
