
Milanese Gremolata Baked Sole
Serves 4
INCREDIENTS
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4 (6 ounce) Sole Fillet
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Tsp. Dried Parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- In a lightly greased baking dish, scatter onions over the bottom.
- Place fillets over onions.
- Top with tomato slices.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over tomato.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 - 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Enjoy immediately.
