Milanese Gremolata Baked Sole

Serves 4

INCREDIENTS

  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4 (6 ounce) Sole Fillet
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 Tsp. Dried Parsley

 DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. In a lightly greased baking dish, scatter onions over the bottom.
  3. Place fillets over onions.
  4. Top with tomato slices.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over tomato.
  6. Sprinkle with dried parsley.
  7. Bake, uncovered, for 20 - 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Enjoy immediately.
